  • Name3. No part of development to be occupied/ used until visibility splays of 2metres x 2metres are provided on highway boundary on both sides of access and areas within splays are laid out and surfaced in a manner to first be submitted to and agreed in writing by LPA. 5. Within 4weeks of new access being brought into use, existing access to be closed permanently and land within highway reinstated, in accordance with details to first be submitted to and agreed in writing by LPA. 8. All proposed windows on southern and northern elevations to be glazed with obscure glass to be retained at all times after. No additional windows to be inserted in this elevation after. 9. Any fencing of wooded part of garden to include a permanent space measuring at least 25cm in width and 20cm in height from ground level to allow badger movement through the site. Same restriction to apply to any new fencing/ gate between boundary of site and new dwelling on its north side.
